MOSCOW Never Use Chemical Cleaners Again!

Moving on from Moscow city resident complaints about the use of chemical cleaners,

Mayor Sergei Sobyanin issued a ban on most brand. As Xinhua reporter on Wednesday (10/27/2010), the ban includes cleaning the ice during the winter.
Typically, before the applicable regulations, the township do the cleaning layer with chemicals. "The chemicals used for cleaning is prohibited at bus stops, sidewalks, city parks, and residential," said Sobyanin.
