Net "Interrupt" Aircraft Obama

Some jet fighters rushed on the air, Tuesday (08/17/2010),

after a plane flew into restricted airspace near the parking location of President Barack Obama's jet, Air Force One, said the U.S. airlines and the local media.

Seattle Times reported that some witnesses heard a "boom" after two fighter planes were ordered to fly to Boeing Field in Seattle where Obama's plane is located. "They responded to a plane in restricted airspace," said an FAA official.

NBC said the intruder aircraft is one of tourism. One local television station reported, these offenders have left the plane area when some fighter jets arrived and landed without incident and then nothing.

Most of Seattle's airspace was closed due to Obama's visit to the city as part of a cross-country visit. Obama can not be on the plane when it happened, at around 14:00 local time (Wednesday, 04:00 pm GMT).
