Xi Jinping chance Substitute Hu Jintao


Communist Party of China opened the annual session yesterday (15 / 9). The forum was predicted closer to the figure of a replacement search agenda President Hu Jintao.

''They (the government) want to show the impression of stability and continuity (the leadership of the Communist Party) in celebration of the birthday,''stated Jean-Pierre Cabestan, professor of political science at Hong Kong Baptist University.

As the son of revolutionary hero, Xi, 56, who married a famous singer began his career as a political party officials in Fujian and Zhejiang Province, east China. His career then continued as chairman of the party in Shanghai.

Known as China's''Prince''because blue blood family, was the son of Xi Xi Zhongxun, communist rebels who fought with revolutionary leader Mao Zedong. Xi is not a favorite figure Hu to replace him. However, some observers believe that former President Jiang Zemin, who still has a major influence in the party though retired, paving the way to the top of Xi's political career.
