The Presidential Candidate 2009

Wrong with UU of No 42/2008 about the General Election, especially the article that arranged about the nomination threshold of the president.

The decision of the Konstitusi Council about the limit of the president of the nomination threshold clarified the contestant Pilpres 2009. Maximal, only had four presidential candidates who will compete. MK gave road the folder.
